A vibrant stay near the port

The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Santa Cruz with great shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the bathroom tap delivered a weak trickle, which made things a bit frustrating. The walls were quite thin, so noise from the street was noticeable at times.

Fast WiFi. Daily room cleaning.

Ground floor window left wide open by cleaning staff, posing security concerns. Shower facilities in desperate need of upgrades, with poor sound insulation leading to nighttime disturbances from other guests.

Chur, the staff were super friendly, but the shower took ages to warm up and the room was a bit noisy. Breakfast on the rooftop was unreal, though!

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect, super close to the main entertainment areas. We checked out the beach and some local restaurants, which were fantastic. The WiFi was really fast, and our room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch.

I faced a problem with the cleaning where my towels were taken, and I had to ask for new ones. This was quite inconvenient, especially when enjoying a holiday.

I had a brilliant stay! The rooftop terrace had stunning views while enjoying breakfast, and the fridge in my room was great for keeping my drinks chilled. Just a heads up, the shower took a while to warm up, but overall, I would definitely choose this place again!

Great central location with vibrant streets full of shops and eateries nearby. Clean and pleasant rooms make for a comfortable stay. security is a concern due to the cleaning staff repeatedly leaving the ground floor window wide open, creating anxiety about my belongings. there were issues with towels—on several occasions, I had to request new ones, which interrupted my convenience. Nonetheless, the fridge in the room was handy for keeping drinks cool.

had a great time staying at the atlantico during my family holiday! compared to my previous visit, this time exceeded my expectations with the perfect location for exploring santa cruz. the rooftop breakfast terrace with city views was a highlight.

Had a blast staying here! Super close to bars and restaurants, and the tram was a breeze to hop on and off. The little lakeside bar was perfect to chill and snap some pics. Only downside was that the mattress was kinda hard, so I didn't sleep the best. an awesome value for the price!

Solo traveler satisfaction

The staff was friendly, one lovely breakfast attendant named Carmen really stood out-her smile made mornings bearable, you know? The views from the breakfast area were amazing, you couldn't beat that.

It was a bit on the pricier side, but still reasonable given the location.
